HSE Supervisor

Job Summary

Main Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in similar industries is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma, IGC, or an equivalent HSE qualification.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Professional certification such as ASP/CSP, CRSP, Grad IOSH, or CMIOSH.
• Valid KSA driving license.
• Fluent English.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate, identify, and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices.
• Develop, administer, and communicate hazard control designs, methods, procedures, and programs.
• Interpret and apply internal and external standards to support hazard reduction and compliance.
• Support Saudi Arabian environmental and occupational health and safety compliance.
• Maintain ISO HSE standards, meet customer HSE requirements, manage contractor safety, and drive continuous improvement.

HSE Competencies

• Evaluate workplace hazards using hazard identification and risk assessment techniques.
• Apply international HSE standards to maintain effective management systems and external certification.
• Complete evidence-based HSE incident investigations with accurate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Apply health and safety fundamentals to promote proactive behaviors and an injury-free workplace.
• Apply ergonomic standards, guidelines, controls, and tools to reduce employee exposure to ergonomic risk.
• Select and implement sustainable risk controls using the hierarchy of controls.
• Design or adapt processes and workstations using ergonomic design guidelines.
• Manage regulatory requirements through controls, monitoring, and operational performance reporting.
• Design and execute industrial hygiene programs to manage workplace exposure risks.
• Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and organizational goals.
• Build customer relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Deliver training adapted to individual and group needs.
