The HSEW Manager leads health, safety, and environmental management for road and infrastructure projects.
The role ensures compliance with HSE policies, legal regulations, and international standards to support a zero-incident environment.
Your Role
- Develop, implement, and maintain the project HSE Management System.
- Lead safety teams, inspectors, and officers across all project zones.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Approve risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and environmental guidelines.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective or preventive actions.
- Conduct HSE orientation, training programs, and competency evaluations.
- Manage KPI reporting, safety statistics, and monthly HSE dashboards.
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for safety compliance.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the entire workforce.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences.
- 10–15 years of HSE experience in infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- NEBOSH Diploma or IGC, OSHA, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications are preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
- Experience with large-scale road and highway projects.
