Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- 15+ years of experience in rotating equipment repairs
- Proven leadership experience in a workshop environment
- Strong knowledge of steam turbines, gas turbines, and compressor designs
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and repair techniques
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and supplier coordination
- Skilled in MS Office and workshop documentation systems
