Responsibilities
- Own onboarding delivery end to end: design, facilitate, and continuously improve new hire ramp experience
- Lead engaging live training sessions (in person and virtual) building product knowledge and sales skills
- Coach and support existing reps post onboarding, reinforcing skills and rolling out ongoing enablement
- Build and monitor KPIs and enablement metrics to measure program impact
- Weave AI into everyday workflow to build training content faster and personalize learning paths
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering leaders to identify skill gaps
- Keep enablement content organized, current, and easy to access
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or similar facilitation heavy role
- Prior experience in a quota carrying or customer facing sales role strongly preferred
- Confident, engaging facilitator with track record of leading group training sessions
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Comfortable owning outcomes and tracking KPIs
- Experience working in a growth stage SaaS environment
- Highly organized with strong project management skills

The Role
- Looking for a dynamic Revenue Enablement Manager to own design and delivery of training.
- Facilitate onboarding, run live training sessions, and coach new hires and tenured reps.
- Report to Head of Enablement and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering.

- Experience in growth stage SaaS.
- Highly organized with strong project management.
- Comfortable with Salesforce, Gong, Docebo, Confluence, Orum.
