Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and priced.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Address customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support stock receiving, counting, and inventory management.
- Follow company policies and customer service standards.
