Customer Support Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media channels.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, payment, delivery, and purchase-related queries.
- Track online orders and provide updates on order status, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with ecommerce, warehouse, and courier or logistics teams on order-related issues.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Follow up on delayed or failed deliveries, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Support website and order-related issues and escalate technical matters when required.
- Follow up on abandoned or incomplete orders and customer enquiries to support sales conversion.
Role Requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Ensure timely responses across all customer communication channels.
- Collect and report customer feedback, recurring complaints, and service issues.
- Prepare required daily and weekly customer support reports and trackers.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience in line with brand standards.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
