Role overview
Coordinate and monitor the overall operations of Coral Aroma across Sales, Service, Accounts, and Inventory.
The role requires a proactive approach to operational coordination and follow-up.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate activities between the Sales, Service, Accounts, and Inventory teams.
- Monitor contracts, installations, service schedules, invoicing, renewals, and machine recoveries.
- Maintain receivables ageing and follow up with teams and customers until payments are collected.
- Track operational deadlines and escalate delays or deviations to management.
- Monitor pending services, customer complaints, and collection commitments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure assigned action points are completed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and collection reports.
Pay
- AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work location
- The role is performed in person.
