Experience requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within large organizations.
• 12–15 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation or support experience.
• At least three retail ERP implementation experiences.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in retail with multiple internal and external system integrations.

Required skills

• Hands-on configuration of pricing and promotions, markdown planning, consignment, B2B and B2C sales, and order-to-cash.
• Integration experience with POS, Salesforce Commerce, Magento, loyalty systems, and other third-party applications.
• Experience with Site and Article Master classification, merchandise and product hierarchy, characteristics, and classes.
• Strong retail process knowledge covering supply chain cycles and omnichannel workflows.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Spiral, or similar project management principles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and technical problem-solving skills.

Additional qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation for merchandising, assortment planning, purchasing, replenishment, and pricing.
• Support implementation, rollout, and ongoing support of the SAP S/4HANA solution and CAR module.
• Review existing business processes and improve and map them to the new ERP.
• Configure pricing and promotions, markdown planning, consignment, B2B and B2C sales, and order-to-cash processes.
• Integrate SAP with POS, Salesforce Commerce, Magento, loyalty systems, and other third-party applications.
• Manage classification through Site and Article Master, merchandise and product hierarchy, characteristics, and classes.
• Apply retail supply chain, omnichannel workflow, and retail business process knowledge across the implementation.
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
• Drive digital transformation and lead change throughout the implementation process.
• Use appropriate project management principles to manage implementation activities and priorities.
• Assess complex SAP functionality and technical issues to drive priorities, trade-offs, and resolutions.
