Required skills and experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in business transformation, change management, communications, stakeholder engagement or project coordination.
- Experience supporting change activities, stakeholder communications, training coordination or adoption support.
- Good understanding of change management principles, communication planning and project support activities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Operational or aviation experience is preferred.
- Exposure to disruption management, irregular operations, guest recovery or service recovery processes is advantageous.
- Airline experience is preferable.
Accountabilities
- Support structured change management activities that help employees and stakeholders adopt change across Operations.
- Assist with change impact and readiness assessments and capture findings for implementation planning.
- Support communications, briefing materials, stakeholder engagement, change risk tracking and mitigation actions.
- Maintain SharePoint content, FAQ libraries, briefing packs and user support materials.
- Coordinate change champion networks, project administration and progress reporting.
