The role focuses on technology and data readiness across leasing, asset and facilities systems.
What You Will Do
- Assess current technology and data readiness across leasing, asset and facilities systems.
- Document system requirements and functional specifications for the future-state real estate technology landscape.
- Evaluate SAP RE-FX, Yardi or similar platforms for genuine fit-for-purpose suitability.
- Support workshops with business and technology stakeholders to validate findings.
What We Are Looking For
- 5–8 years as a Business or Systems Analyst with hands-on real estate or property technology experience.
- Direct exposure to SAP RE-FX, Yardi or a comparable real estate or property platform is essential.
- Ability to assess and recommend across the wider real estate technology stack, not only one application.
- Confident workshop-facing communication skills rather than a purely desk-based analyst approach.
