Role overview
Dynamics 365 System Administrator position supporting the organization's core ERP environment.
The primary platform is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
This is a one-year maternity-cover contract starting around October or November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, and security access.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Support enhancements, quarterly updates, UAT, and regression testing through LCS.
- Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and training materials.
- Support integrations, escalations, change requests, and continuous improvements.
- Assist with Power BI reports and work with business users and Microsoft support partners.
Required experience and skills
- At least 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration or at least 4 years of Dynamics AX 2009/2012 administration.
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
- Dynamics AX environment and framework knowledge.
- AIF, SSRS, LCS, and TFS/VSTS experience.
- Power Platform and Power BI knowledge.
