Overview
- Lead the Delivery Team to plan, coordinate, and execute all tenant fit-out activities, ensuring business requirements and milestones are met.
- Assist the FM Manager in aligning the Delivery Team’s activities with overall organizational objectives.
- Manage tenant delivery timelines, controlling and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed within agreed milestones.
- Coordinate the design and delivery of retail tenancies with internal departments and stakeholders.
- Serve as the focal point for the retail delivery process, ensuring seamless communication between all parties.
- Coordinate closely with the Leasing Department to align tenant onboarding schedules and delivery requirements.
- Oversee tenancy handovers, ensuring compliance with pre-trade requirements, tenants’ operational expectations, and follow-up on defects.
- Review and verify tenant-appointed contractors’ experience and suitability for the project. Interpret design and construction documents, provide technical guidance, and support tenants’ consultants and contractors as needed.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure contractors’ work aligns with approved technical drawings, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate MEP drawings at all stages to resolve conflicts, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and building systems.
- Enforce health and safety measures, including method statements and risk assessments, for all fit-out contractors.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design approvals, site activities, progress reports, and authority-related documents.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing overall fit-out progress, key issues, and upcoming milestones.
