Job Location: Kalba Beach, Sharjah UAE
- Provide front-line support to guests and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of destination facilities, including ticketing, customer assistance, and facility reporting. Maintain high service quality, accurate cash handling, and efficient coordination with supervisors to enhance visitor satisfaction and operational performance.
- Greet and assist guests professionally; respond to inquiries and provide information about destination services, events, and facilities.
- Operate the ticket kiosk at the Kids Play Area; manage ticket sales, handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare the daily sales report for submission to the supervisor.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas (Kids Play Area, zones, amenities) report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the Site Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in recording daily operational data (attendance sheets, stock checklists, and equipment logs) as directed by the supervisor.
- Collaborate with cleaning, maintenance, and security teams to ensure the highest operational standards and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing visitor flow during peak hours or events to ensure order and safety, attend any task related to operations whenever asked by superiors.
