Job Overview
- Assist the Project Manager to provide project coordination support across all phases of Shurooq’s real estate development projects.
- Ensure effective communication, documentation, tracking, and follow up between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Help deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, communications, and schedules throughout all project phases.
- Track progress of design, procurement, and construction deliverables; follow up on outstanding actions.
- Support the Project Manager in the preparation and documentation of meetings, reports, and project updates.
- Serve as the liaison between internal departments and the project Manager and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, authorities).
- Monitor submittals, approvals, RFIs, and tendering processes, maintaining logs and timelines.
- Assist with snagging, handover documentation, and project close out activities.
- Follow up on DLP issues, rectifications, and final closures with contractors and FM teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and authority requirements across project phases.
