Overview

  • Lead the engineering team across all trades (MEP and Civil) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and monitor daily operations at Shurooq destinations, including preventive maintenance (PPM), civil works, and other facility activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Supervise activities and conduct regular meetings with internal teams, service providers, and contractors to track progress and ensure compliance with agreed FM standards.
  • Ensure service providers respond promptly to all reactive service requests and comply with defined SLA requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal departments to facilitate service delivery in line with SLA and QHSE standards.
  • Review and certify service providers’ monthly performance and payment certificates.
  • Prepare scopes of work for operational and CAPEX projects, initiate procurement processes, review vendor responses, and issue GRNs.
  • Ensure customer complaints are addressed and closed promptly, achieving organizational customer satisfaction targets.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with FM service providers and contractors to assess performance, HSE compliance, identify non-conformances, and develop action plans.
  • Prepare FM tender documents for new projects and perform technical evaluations as required.
  • Assist the FM Manager in identifying and implementing FM best practices, integrating sustainability principles into daily operations.
  • Monitor and maintain utility expenditures and implement initiatives for cost-saving and sustainability.
  • Oversee life safety system compliance and ensure all regulatory certifications are obtained on time.
  • Support the FM Manager in developing short- and long-term business plans, preparing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, monitoring utilization, and highlighting variances.
