Job Location: Kalba Beach, Sharjah UAE
- To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the department by ensuring efficient coordination of communications, documentation, scheduling, and office resources, while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage correspondence by reviewing, routing, and initiating communications.Handle phone inquiries and provide timely responses to internal and external requests.
- Oversee mail logging and distribution; liaise with courier services for package handling.
- Review and coordinate translation of Arabic documents as needed.
- Support information gathering, drafting, and preparation of reports, presentations, and data analyses.Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and accurately record minutes.Maintain confidential and organized records.
- Contribute to team objectives and perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Maintain departmental calendars and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and anticipate departmental requirements.
- Place and expedite supply orders and verify deliveries.
- Ensure continuous availability of necessary office resources to support smooth operations
