Role Overview
The Lana - Dorchester Collection is hiring a Restaurant Reservations Agent in Dubai through Hosco.
The role supports food and beverage operations and aims to deliver high standards of guest service.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to guest enquiries by email or telephone and secure, create, and confirm restaurant reservations for hotel outlets.
- Participate in daily team briefings and stay informed about hotel activities and upcoming food and beverage events.
- Understand outlet offerings and promote available options to convert enquiries into reservations.
- Communicate special reservations, events, and guest chefs or bartenders to outlet teams.
- Support cross-selling of other hotel outlets and help outlets achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with outlet managers, hostesses, and other departments to optimize reservations and guest satisfaction.
- Help maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, maintenance, furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures, and fittings.
Requirements
- Strong overall understanding of food and beverage outlet offerings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and internal outlet teams.
- Commitment to service, telephone, communication, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
