Role Overview

  • Responsible for delivering five star customer service to guests at various F&B venues at Atlantis The Palm.
  • Meet and greet guests with a smile, creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Form strong relationships with guests staying in the hotel and its suites, local Dubai residents and regulars.
  • Act as a sales ambassador, encouraging repeat customers and capturing new business.
  • Communicate any special requests and needs of guests to the restaurant management team.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge and passion for the brand.
  • Build and manage the guest database.
  • Work closely with PR and marketing teams to communicate upcoming activity, including special events, initiatives, and promotions.
