- Drive sales, control costs, and achieve financial targets
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally

- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a steakhouse, grill restaurant, or upscale casual dining concept
- Strong knowledge of steak cuts, grilling techniques, and premium dining service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage restaurant financials, labor costs, and profitability
- Experience working in the UAE hospitality industry is preferred

Job Overview
