About the Role

- Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately through the POS system
- Generate bills, issue receipts, and ensure correct settlement of guest checks
- Handle cash float and maintain adequate change throughout the shift
- Perform opening and closing cashier procedures, including cash reconciliation and daily sales reporting
- Verify that all transactions are properly recorded in the POS system
- Coordinate with servers and management to resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist guests with payment related inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Process refunds, voids, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all cash and financial transactions
- Support front of house operations during busy service periods when required
- Ensure the cashier station remains clean, organized, and fully operational

Overview
- The Cashier Clerk is responsible for processing guest payments accurately, maintaining cash control procedures, reconciling daily sales transactions, and providing excellent guest service.
