Oversee all facets of restaurant operations and deliver a world-class luxury dining experience.
Maintain the restaurant's Italian brand image and reputation through excellence in service, food quality, and ambiance.
Operational Excellence and Guest Experience
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain top-tier food, service, and ambiance quality.
- Deliver personalized and memorable dining experiences with exceptional attention to detail.
- Monitor and improve outlet quality and guest satisfaction using Leading Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction Survey tools.
- Participate in menu design with the Head Chef and Chef Sommelier or Sommelier.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to uphold luxury service standards.
- Train outlet employees on the restaurant concept.
- Support and implement new talent development initiatives.
- Conduct yearly performance reviews and provide feedback on employee performance.
Financial Management
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports covering sales, costs, and profit margins.
- Develop and manage the restaurant budget.
Suppliers and Brand Development
- Source and manage premium vendors to maintain authentic Italian offerings.
- Continuously improve product quality by sourcing the best available products.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
Requirements
- Italian-speaking capability is required for the role.
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations while maintaining luxury service, food quality, and ambiance standards.
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.
- Ability to manage budgets, costs, revenue, profitability, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage premium suppliers and authentic Italian product quality.
