- Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, investors and prospective buyers
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert market advice
- Generating new business through networking, referrals and prospecting
- Negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion
- Staying up to date with Dubai's property market, pricing and community trends
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to handover
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or a proven background in sales, recruitment, hospitality, automotive or another client facing industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach to generating business
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A customer first mindset with the ability to build long term relationships
- Fluency in English
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driving licence
- Education certificate
- Financial savings to support yourself during your first 3–6 months while you build your pipeline
- Comfortable working in a commission only environment

What You'll Be Doing
- As a Residential Sales Property Consultant, you'll guide buyers and sellers through one of life's biggest decisions while building your own personal brand and client network.
- Assisting buyers in finding the right property to suit their lifestyle or investment goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, investors and prospective buyers.
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert market advice.
- Generating new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
- Negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion.
- Staying up to date with Dubai's property market, pricing and community trends.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to handover.

- Successful consultants can realistically earn AED 250,000–500,000+ per year, with top performers significantly exceeding this.
