Role Overview

  • Dubai's off plan market continues to attract investors from around the world, creating incredible opportunities for ambitious property consultants.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising clients on the latest off plan launches across Dubai.
  • Building strong relationships with investors, developers and referral partners.
  • Managing enquiries and qualifying buyer requirements.
  • Conducting project presentations and developer meetings.
  • Staying ahead of market trends, payment plans and launch opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing property transactions.
  • Building a long term client portfolio through exceptional service and repeat business.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in real estate sales, off plan, recruitment, automotive, luxury retail or another high performance sales environment
  • A proven ability to build relationships and generate business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A commercial mindset with an interest in property investment
  • A self motivated, target driven approach
  • Fluency in English
  • A professional and consultative style

Essential Requirements

  • Valid driving licence
  • Education certificate
  • Financial savings to support yourself during your first 3–6 months while you build your pipeline
  • Comfortable working in a commission only environment
  • Willingness to continuously learn and develop within Dubai's evolving off plan market

Earnings

  • Commission Only
  • Successful consultants can realistically earn AED 250,000–500,000+ per year, with top performers significantly exceeding this.
