- Qualify leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and developers
- Conduct viewings and provide clients with expert advice on market trends, pricing and investment opportunities
- Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry through to transaction completion
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings within the CRM system
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, regulations and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or a customer facing sales role is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in IT and CRM systems
- Valid driving licence is essential
- Fluency in English is required
- Applicants must be 25+ years
- Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Role Overview
- As an Off Plan Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients investing in properties across Dubai.
