We’re Hiring: Leasing Agents (Real Estate) – McCone Properties

Are you ready to start a

successful real estate career

with one of Dubai’s most trusted and established brokerages?

Mccone Properties

is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our Leasing Team in a full-time role.

We provide the strong foundation every agent needs — including our

Professional 2-Week Training Academy

, experienced managers, in-house tools, and full marketing support.

Next Training Academy starts on 1 June

Requirements

  • Real estate or sales experience
  • preferred

  • **Driving license + car**

(Mandatory)

  • Highly motivated, well-organized, and ready to work hard
  • Must be
  • well-settled in Dubai before 5th January
  • **Full-time availability**

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage property listings
  • Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
  • Build and maintain a personal property portfolio
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
  • What we provide:
  • 2-week professional Training Academy led by our in-house trainer from the UK
  • Full access to premium real estate platforms such as Property Finder, Reidin, Genie Maps, as well as our internal tools and systems — all covered by the company
  • A company laptop (MacBook Air) provided to support your daily work
  • Guidance from experienced managers and directors with 20+ years of combined expertise
  • The stability of joining a trusted brokerage with 12 years of proven success in the Dubai real estate market
  • Commission structure 50-70%

Important Note

Leasing Agent is a

commission-based role

— no basic salary.

We strongly recommend new starters to have

at least 3 months of savings

to support themselves during the start of their career.
