About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
• Stay updated on Dubai’s rental market trends, pricing, and available inventory
• Provide professional consultations in line with
• RERA and DLD regulations
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients
• Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals
• Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full rental process
• Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximize exposure and efficiency

Requirements

• Background in
• sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• **Based in Dubai or planning to relocate within 1–3 months**
• **Financial stability is essential**
• (commission-based role — 3–4 months savings recommended for Leasing and 6 months for Sales department)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with
• professional English
• (additional languages are an advantage)
• UAE driving license & car preferred
