Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, customer service or another client facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence negotiating and handling objections
- Strong organisation and time management
- A proactive, self motivated mindset
- Fluency in English
- Valid driving licence
- Education certificate
- Financial savings to support yourself during first 3 6 months
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai (if applying internationally)
- Comfortable working in a commission only environment

Overview
- McCone Properties is a leading Dubai real estate brokerage since 2013, seeking a Residential Leasing Consultant to join their team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing enquiries from buyers, tenants and landlords
- Matching clients with suitable residential properties across Dubai
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert market advice
- Building long term relationships with landlords and prospective tenants
- Negotiating tenancy agreements and closing deals
- Keeping up to date with market trends and new developments
- Working closely with experienced managers to continually develop your skills
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the leasing journey

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality, customer service or another client facing role

Essential Requirements

Earnings
- Commission Only
- Successful consultants can realistically earn AED 250,000–500,000+ per year, with top performers exceeding this.
