Position Overview
Lead and oversee structural construction activities for the project.
Provide technical leadership, manage site supervision, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure structural works meet approved requirements and schedules.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline.
- BSc, BEng, BA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant or similar experience in structural engineering and construction supervision.
- Proven Resident Engineer experience on major building, infrastructure, or structural projects.
- Experience managing structural construction works for large-scale projects is preferred.
- Qatar or GCC project experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural construction supervision and provide technical direction to the supervision team.
- Ensure structural works comply with drawings, specifications, contracts, standards, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
