Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with room reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide room availability, rates, and hotel amenity information.
- Verify guest information and payment details to confirm reservations.
- Manage reservation accuracy, room inventory, and group bookings.
- Promote offers and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
