The Assistant Learning and Development Manager supports learning and development activities aligned with business needs at Millennium Place Barsha Heights.
The role covers training delivery, needs analysis, trainer coaching, training supervision, reporting, recruitment support, and management of the TooMooH program.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist with learning and development activities and coordinate quarterly needs analysis and action plans.
- Host off-the-job training programs and support coaching of on-the-job trainers.
- Supervise on-the-job training using corporate office audit tools and improve off-the-job training through follow-up.
- Assist departments with personal development plans.
- Maintain the learning and development database and submit monthly calendars and reports.
- Support intern and management trainee recruitment in line with policy and manage the TooMooH nationalization program.
- Operate safely and follow environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Ability to support implementation of learning and development activities aligned with business needs.
- Ability to coordinate quarterly learning and development needs analysis and prepare plans addressing business requirements.
- Ability to support and coach on-the-job trainers and supervise training activities.
- Ability to maintain learning and development databases and submit monthly calendars and reports.
- Ability to support intern and management trainee recruitment in accordance with learning and development policy.
- Ability to follow environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
