The F&B Associate supports exceptional guest experiences through efficient and friendly food and beverage service.
The role contributes to the overall success of F&B operations.
Guest Service
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
Food and Beverage Operations
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Serve meals and drinks according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and clearing dishes.
- Collaborate with kitchen and F&B team members to coordinate service.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with restocking and replenishing supplies.
Standards and Policies
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
- Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
