Responsibilities
- Execute banking transactions and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality
- Identify new sales leads and relationship development opportunities with cross sell, upsell and retention
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure risk mitigation and operational integrity
- Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service
- Flexibility for shift duties UBank Work timings & schedules (double shift: morning 10AM 4PM, afternoon 4PM 10PM)
- High School, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent Communication Skills
- UAE National only

Key Responsibilities
- To support the delivery of uBank services by managing customer interactions, executing transactions and promoting banking solutions in order to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth
- Execute banking transactions and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality
- Identify new sales leads and relationship development opportunities with cross sell, upsell and retention in order to contribute to the improvement of market and customer share of wallet with the Bank
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure risk mitigation and operational integrity
- Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams to ensure timely and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions to support performance tracking
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service
- Flexibility for shift duties UBank Work timings & schedules – candidate should have no objection working in double shift (morning 10AM to 04PM, afternoon 4PM to 10PM)
- High School, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent Communication Skills
