About the Client
The client is a Dubai-based enterprise with a growing portfolio across luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Boutique Operations and Sales
- Manage overall boutique operations and maintain exceptional luxury jewellery retail standards.
- Ensure product presentation, security, and customer experience meet required standards.
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Monitor KPIs and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Clienteling and Team Leadership
- Use an extensive client database to build relationships with VIP, HNW, and UHNW clients.
- Drive appointments, repeat purchases, referrals, and client retention through clienteling.
- Lead and motivate the boutique team, organise VIP events and private appointments, and manage high-value transactions.
- Provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager within the luxury jewellery industry.
- Proven experience managing and developing a retail sales team.
- Strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market and high-end clientele.
- An extensive existing client database and strong personal client network are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and client database management.
