Role Overview
An independent wealth and investment advisory business is hiring a Relationship Manager for its growing Dubai operation.
The role is an entrepreneurial opportunity focused on developing business across the UAE and building long-term private-client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, trusts, and corporate clients.
- Originate new business opportunities and raise assets onto the platform.
- Identify client needs and work with internal stakeholders to deliver suitable investment and wealth solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective investors and clients across the UAE.
- Expand existing client relationships through referrals, introductions, and strategic networking.
- Act as a trusted adviser while supporting long-term asset growth and retention.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record managing and developing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Experience in private banking, wealth management, external asset management, family offices, investment advisory, capital raising, or a related sector.
- Demonstrable ability to attract, influence, or manage client assets.
- Established network of clients and investors within the UAE market.
- Experience working with wholesale and professional investors rather than mass retail clients.
