- We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager (Arabic speaking) for a client in Jeddah.
- This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building sales growth across the region by running a high-performing sales team and an efficient distribution network across multiple channels.
- What you’ll be doing
- Co-create regional sales strategy with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability
- Lead channel performance and sales execution across your assigned area/region
- Build, manage, and optimize an effective distribution network across all sales channels/service models
- Set, deploy, and track annual/monthly sales targets and KPIs for your team
- Run daily/weekly/monthly cadence meetings to review progress, challenges, opportunities, and action plans
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Partner closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales Excellence, and HR to hit business targets
- Review and analyze sales performance reports, competitor pricing, and stock movements
- Coach Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives, build succession plans, and drive engagement/satisfaction
- Ensure your team understands performance tracking and how incentives are calculated
- What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Area Sales Manager (any channel)
- Commodity frozen category experience is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial maturity with confident negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with advanced analysis (forecasting, regression, cannibalization)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (strong reporting discipline: weekly/monthly)
- Familiar with ERP systems
- Arabic speaker with good English
- Performs well under pressure and in fast-moving environments
