About the Role
Oversee operational and financial activities for an account portfolio across the Middle East.
Maintain full accountability for account P&L management and performance.
Ensure operational excellence across multiple sites and countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial activities, P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost controls.
- Align operational and resource planning with forecasts, contractual commitments, and profit targets.
- Lead cross-selling opportunities across other business lines.
- Ensure technical services meet contractual, statutory, industry, OEM, and facilities-management requirements.
- Oversee MEP systems, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, HVAC, BMS, critical engineering systems, life-safety systems, utilities, and other technical assets.
- Implement technical governance, engineering standards, risk management, and business continuity arrangements across sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Real Estate, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent extensive operational experience in facilities.
- Experience leading large regional technical and operational teams across multiple countries and complex client portfolios.
- Proven senior leadership and people-management experience within Facilities Management, Real Estate, or Engineering operations.
- At least 15 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, technical, engineering-intensive, or complex built-environment operations.
- Understanding of operational risks, asset reliability, maintenance requirements, and technical challenges in complex environments.
- Experience across the Middle East or GCC and flexibility to travel according to business requirements.
