About the Role
The Facilities Supervisor is the primary on-site resource at the client site or office in Qatar.
The role manages facilities operations to maintain a safe, compliant, and uninterrupted business environment.
The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, vendor coordination, HSE compliance, financial administration, and CAFM data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the client's planned preventive maintenance schedule and dispatch and close tasks in the REALM CAFM or CMMS system.
- Ensure maintenance for MEP, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, and UPS or generators is statutory and OEM-compliant.
- Review service reports, track defect and snag closures, and maintain an accurate site asset register.
- Supervise on-site works, perform quality checks, sign off service dockets, and ensure the site returns to operational standards.
- Facilitate purchase requisitions and purchase orders, conduct vendor inductions, and contribute to local vendor performance reviews.
- Maintain permits, risk assessments, and incident reports and support site drills, toolbox talks, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a facilities management or engineering environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, UPS and generators, planned and reactive maintenance, and CAFM or CMMS systems.
