About the Role
The Assistant Facilities Manager delivers facilities management services to a site and ensures compliance, budget control, service quality, and client or tenant requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IFM contract services according to FM standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Manage repair and maintenance assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Oversee building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
- Manage site financial costs and controls and deliver monthly financial reports on time.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental requirements at sites within the remit.
- Align operational and resource planning with forecasts, contractual commitments, and profit targets.
- Ensure technical services comply with contracts, regulations, standards, OEM requirements, and FM best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as B.E. or B.Tech.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Strong financial acumen, including raising purchase orders and tracking operational budgets.
