CBRE Excellerate is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee all operational and financial activities across the Middle East.
The role involves managing a comprehensive range of Facilities Management services and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites and countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Be commercially astute and oversee all financial activities associated with the account portfolio.
- Take full responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and associated cost controls.
- Ensure operational and resource planning arrangements are aligned with forecasts, contractual commitments and profit targets.
- Lead the generation and delivery of cross-selling opportunities across other business lines.
- Ensure technical services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, industry standards, OEM requirements and recognised FM best practices.
- Oversee the effective management of MEP systems, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, HVAC, BMS, critical engineering systems, life-safety systems, utilities and other technical assets, as applicable to the portfolio.
- Ensure appropriate technical governance, engineering standards, risk management and business continuity arrangements are implemented across sites.
