- Develop and own the EMEA digital and omnichannel marketing strategy for Respiratory and HIV rapid diagnostics
- Partner with regional and country marketing teams to translate strategy into local omnichannel execution plans
- Lead creation and refinement of customer personas and end to end customer journeys
- Design and implement closed loop marketing frameworks
- Guide effective use of digital channels including email, web, paid/organic media, and social media
- Define KPIs and success metrics, build performance dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or multi channel marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
- Proven experience developing and executing regional multi channel strategies across diverse geographies
- Hands on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape across EMEA
- Experience working with and influencing local markets without direct authority

Job Description
- Regional Omnichannel Marketing Manager, EMEA position based in UAE with Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Diseases division.
What you'll do
- Develop and own the EMEA digital and omnichannel marketing strategy for Respiratory and HIV rapid diagnostics.
- Partner with regional and country marketing teams to translate strategy into local omnichannel execution plans.
- Lead creation, governance, and refinement of customer personas across Respiratory and HIV segments.
- Define end to end customer journeys and touchpoint strategies.
- Design and implement closed loop marketing frameworks.
- Guide effective use of digital channels such as email, web, paid/organic media, social media.
- Define KPIs and success metrics, build performance dashboards, and translate data into insights.
- Work cross functionally with marketing, sales, medical, commercial excellence, global IT, and compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or multi channel marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience developing and executing regional multi channel strategies across diverse geographies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape across EMEA, HCP customer journeys, persona development, and closed loop marketing.
- Hands on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience working with and influencing local markets without direct authority.
