- Develop Skincare & Haircare expertise by implementing certification pathways and delivering training modules
- Lead the implementation and execution of all Skincare & Haircare initiatives
- Lead the development of the Skincare Expert Community
- Lead coaching in store by providing guidelines, assessment, tools and post visit feedback
- Partner with Retail & Store Managers to share and align feedback, development plan and follow up actions
- Drive execution of multi brand education events
- Manage the Regional Care Education Expert
Requirements
- Strong expertise and knowledge in Skincare & Haircare in a retail environment
- Deep understanding of retail environment’s business, training and development needs
- Training and coaching experience – being in a retail training role for 3+ years
- Proven records of coaching and developing team members
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to manage multi projects with diverse business partners
- Locally mobile with weekly store visits in UAE and able to travel across OGCC countries on monthly basis
- Collaborative, flexible, adaptable, resilient, open to feedback and self motivated

Position Purpose
- Sephora Middle East is recruiting a Regional Care Trainer, based in Sephora University (Dubai).
- The main responsibility is to lead Skincare & Haircare learning and development across 5 Middle East countries.
- This is a regional role that will require monthly travel within the Middle East countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain).
Skincare & Haircare Education
- Contribute to the formulation of the Skincare & Haircare yearly strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the OGCC Skincare and Haircare training plan, calendar and budget.
- Lead the creation/update of all Skincare & Haircare training modules, ensuring Middle East needs and relevance.
- Develop Skincare & Haircare expertise by implementing certification pathways and delivering Sephora University Skincare & Haircare training modules.
- Lead the implementation and execution of all Skincare & Haircare initiatives – including alignment with KSA, communication to stakeholders, follow up and gathering feedback.
- Lead the development of the Skincare Expert Community (including monthly engagement, organization of Experts’ events, feedback on performance, calibration, building Expert pathway, etc.)
- Ensure to fully equipped direct report and peers from SU to deliver any Skincare & Haircare training initiatives effectively (from TTT, delivery observations and feedback)
Coaching & Support at Store Level
- Lead development of Skincare talents, following the internal process, in collaboration with Retail, including identification, coaching, tracking and communicating about progress and learning.
- Lead coaching in store by providing guidelines, assessment, tools and proper post visit feedback, to direct report and KSA trainers – set example by conducting in store coaching visit on weekly basis.
- Develop Skincare & Haircare knowledge and skills of the store team through feedback and coaching on conversation, selling speech, Sephora Attitude and new product launches.
- Partner with Retail & Store Managers to share and align feedback, development plan and follow up actions through meetings and reports.
Skincare & Haircare Brand Training
- Work with the Beauty Education Manager and Offer Team to align brand training needs and brands to be featured at key training events.
- Drive execution of multi brand education events, align on agenda, challenge and review all brand content, based on training objectives. Ensure to infuse Sephora DNA into any brand training events.
- Host, animate and drive engagement of Skincare & Haircare brand training – in person and digital.
- Drive teach back post brand training, by equipping, inspiring, and following up with attendees.
Management
- Manage the Regional Care Education Expert.
- Support the growth and development of the Regional Care Education Expert through coaching, feedback, and follow up.
- Support effective delivery of training and in store coaching of the Regional Care Education Expert.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise and knowledge in Skincare & Haircare in a retail environment
- Deep understanding of the retail environment’s business, training and development needs
- Training and coaching experience – being in a retail training role for 3+ years
- Has proven records of coaching and developing team members
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
