Role Overview

  • Mumzworld Services is seeking entrepreneurial and well connected Referral & Business Development Partners to help expand customer acquisition across the UAE.
  • Partners will build relationships with hotels, residential communities, nurseries, clinics, and other family focused establishments to promote Mumzworld Services through a referral based model.
  • Using unique referral codes and QR codes, partners will help drive customer bookings while earning commission on successful referrals.
  • This is a flexible, commission based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build Local Partnerships: Develop relationships with hotels, residential communities, nurseries, clinics, and other family focused businesses.
  • Introduce Mumzworld Services and identify opportunities to promote our offerings.
  • Expand and maintain a network of active referral locations across the UAE.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition: Promote Mumzworld Services through approved promotional materials, referral codes, and QR codes.
  • Help customers discover exclusive offers and trusted family services.
  • Generate bookings through your network and partnerships.
  • Grow Market Presence: Identify new business opportunities and potential referral channels.
  • Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor observations.
  • Help strengthen Mumzworld Services' presence within local communities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, field sales, or customer acquisition is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with UAE communities and local businesses.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own transportation preferred.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a commission based environment.

Compensation & Rewards

  • Commission only earning model.
  • No fixed salary or employment benefits.
