About the Role
Comfi is seeking a Referral Business Owner to own and scale the referral stream, building it into a structured revenue engine. You will manage three established channels—Referral Brokers, ERP Integrators, and BNPL Suppliers—while identifying new verticals.

- Scale the active broker network from its current base
- Optimize broker acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention flows
- Build performance frameworks, incentive structures, and playbooks for broker productivity
- Identify and prioritize the highest value broker segments and geographies
- Own the end to end build of a stable, repeatable MVP for ERP integrator partnerships
- Define value proposition, commercial model, and integration requirements with Product and Engineering
- Systemize acquisition, onboarding, and funnel management for ERP integrator channel
- Activate and grow the BNPL supplier network with focus on quality onboarding
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels for both suppliers and buyers
- Drive network density and transaction volume through structured growth initiatives
- Define, track, and report on key metrics across all referral streams
- Identify and pursue new referral verticals or partnership models
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Business Development, Product Management, or a combination
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner or referral channels
- Strong commercial instinct and understanding of unit economics and funnel dynamics
- Experience managing multiple workstreams or business lines simultaneously
- Data driven approach with comfort in analytics and funnel reporting
- Ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English
- Based in the UAE
- Experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, payments, or B2B financial services (nice to have)

The Role
- We are looking for a Referral Business Owner to take full ownership of Comfi's Referral stream and build it into a structured, scalable revenue engine.
- This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, partnerships, and operations.
What You'll Own
- Scale the active broker network from its current base.

What You Bring

- Experience with ERP ecosystems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) or technology partnership channels.
- Familiarity with two sided marketplace or network effect dynamics.
- Experience with SQL, CRM tools, and analytics or experimentation platforms.
- Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market.
