The Role

  • We are looking for a Referral Business Owner to take full ownership of Comfi's Referral stream and build it into a structured, scalable revenue engine.
  • This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, partnerships, and operations.

What You'll Own

  • Scale the active broker network from its current base.
  • Optimize broker acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention flows.
  • Build performance frameworks, incentive structures, and playbooks.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest value broker segments and geographies.
  • Own the end to end build of a stable, repeatable MVP for ERP integrator partnerships.
  • Define the value proposition, commercial model, and integration requirements.
  • Systemize acquisition, onboarding, and funnel management for ERP integrator channel.
  • Activate and grow the BNPL supplier network with focus on quality onboarding.
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels for both suppliers and buyers.
  • Drive network density and transaction volume through structured growth initiatives.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics across all referral streams.
  • Identify and pursue new referral verticals or partnership models.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Business Development, Product Management, or a combination.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner or referral channels.
  • Strong commercial instinct and understanding of unit economics and funnel dynamics.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams or business lines simultaneously.
  • Data driven approach with comfort in analytics and funnel reporting.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus).
  • Based in the UAE.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, payments, or B2B financial services.
  • Experience with ERP ecosystems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) or technology partnership channels.
  • Familiarity with two sided marketplace or network effect dynamics.
  • Experience with SQL, CRM tools, and analytics or experimentation platforms.
  • Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market.
