- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support recruitment pipelines, candidate tracking, and hiring administration
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal trackers
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal communications
- Prepare and organize company documents for banks, free zones, investors, and other external stakeholders
- Maintain company records, virtual data rooms, internal trackers, and operational documentation
- Support office administration and resolve day to day operational requests
- Coordinate system access and account provisioning during onboarding and offboarding
- Organize business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, and itineraries
- Support the Finance team by collecting, delivering, and depositing cheques
- Assist with administrative documentation related to banking and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, Operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and online systems
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and willingness to support different teams

The Role
- We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and people oriented Operations & HR Coordinator to support our people operations and day to day business activities.

What You’ll Do HR Support
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment pipelines, candidate tracking, and hiring administration.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal trackers.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal communications.
- Help ensure employees have the information, tools, and support they need.

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Russian is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and online systems.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support different teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup, fintech company, or fast paced environment.
- Previous internship or junior level experience in HR or operations.
- Basic knowledge of UAE employment documentation, visas, or insurance processes.
