The Role

  • We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and people oriented Operations & HR Coordinator to support our people operations and day to day business activities.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is a quick learner, thinks analytically, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a long term career in HR and Operations.

What You’ll Do HR Support

  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruitment pipelines, candidate tracking, and hiring administration.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal trackers.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal communications.
  • Help ensure employees have the information, tools, and support they need.

What You’ll Do Operations & Administration

  • Prepare and organize company documents for banks, free zones, investors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Maintain company records, virtual data rooms, internal trackers, and operational documentation.
  • Support office administration and resolve day to day operational requests.
  • Coordinate system access and account provisioning during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Organize business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers, and itineraries.

What You’ll Do Finance & Compliance Support

  • Support the Finance team by collecting, delivering, and depositing cheques.
  • Assist with administrative documentation related to banking and compliance requirements.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Russian is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and online systems.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support different teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a startup, fintech company, or fast paced environment.
  • Previous internship or junior level experience in HR or operations.
  • Basic knowledge of UAE employment documentation, visas, or insurance processes.
