Business Owner – Fintech (Dubai, UAE – Onsite)

We’re looking for a Business Owner to take full ownership of our existing Referral business line and lead it from 0 → 1 and 1 → 10, turning early-stage traction into a repeatable, scalable, and operationally efficient business model.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will act as a mini-CEO of this product.

You’ll refine positioning, optimize processes, build growth loops, improve unit economics, and work cross-functionally with operations, sales, risk, product, and finance to ensure consistent, predictable performance.

🔹 Own and optimize the Referral and BNPL product lines end-to-end

🔹 Evaluate the current state of both products and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth levers

🔹 Build a scalable, predictable operational model around both products

🔹 Improve unit economics, customer journey, conversion, and retention

🔹 Define product success metrics and continuously track performance

🔹 Collaborate with sales, operations, risk, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution

🔹 Improve and streamline offline processes where needed (beyond IT systems)

🔹 Identify new partnership opportunities (suppliers, dealers, platforms) to expand adoption

🔹 Establish SOPs, workflows, pricing principles, and operational playbooks

🔹 Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to leadership

🔹 Turn early traction into a stable and scalable business engine

✅ 5+ years in product management, business operations, venture building, or business development

Bonus: Experience scaling fintech or lending products in a fast-paced environment

✅ Proven success in taking products from early-stage to scalable operational maturity

Bonus: Experience optimizing BNPL, credit, or referral models

✅ Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality (startup founder/co-founder background is a big plus)

✅ Experience building and refining both digital product flows and offline processes

✅ Strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach

✅ Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units

✅ Strong network in the UAE business ecosystem

✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

✅ Fluency in English (Russian is a plus)

✅ Currently based in the UAE
