About the Role
Comfi.ai is seeking a Head of Partnerships to own the partnership engine, including referral broker networks and embedded finance partnerships. This P&L-owning role requires 6+ years in B2B partnerships or embedded finance, ideally in fintech.

Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for the existing broker network
- Optimize and grow broker performance, productivity, and deal quality
- Build the systems and incentives that scale the network sustainably
- Convert Comfi's existing B2B supplier relationships into referral partners
- Build the acquisition and onboarding motion to bring their SME base onto Comfi
- Identify and close anchor originator platform partnerships via embedded finance product
- Define the commercial model and partner journey, and write product specs for complex integrations
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or embedded finance, ideally in fintech or a high growth startup
- Proven ability to own and grow a P&L
- Comfortable owning high pressure, high stakes revenue targets
- Ability to own the partner/customer journey end to end, including writing detailed product specs for complex integrations
- Strong cross functional operator
- Skilled at opening doors and negotiating at senior levels
- Sharp business acumen and analytical rigor
- Track record of landing and running large, strategic partnerships
- Experience scaling a GTM motion 10x
