About the Role
Siemens Energy is looking for a Bid Manager to join the Reenergize Program in Gas Services. The role involves developing technical and commercial offerings for gas and steam turbines in the Middle East.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall Bid Process for Open Market Offerings and Long Term Service Program bids in the Middle East region.
- Develop complete understanding of organization structure and key buying influences; work out technical proposal and coordinate input from project team.
- Support Sales colleagues in internal Limits of Authority process and set up bid structure in ERP system.
- Align with Business Administration colleagues regarding tax concepts and business models; prepare sales proposals.
- Analyze customer requirements and RFQ documents; work out bidding strategies with Sales and other parties.
- Support Sales in finding best bid strategy; coordinate service related topics with relevant interfaces.
- Maintain customer and distributor contact; provide technical product application assistance.
- Participate in contract negotiations; hand over projects to execution team; perform cost and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years' experience in the Power Generation Sector
- Experience with Gas Steam Turbines, Generators and aftermarket services
- Experience in project implementation and outage management is a plus
- Good experience with technical, commercial and legal clarification of an offer
- Excellent communication skills and speak English; Arabic is preferred
- Ability to work in an international environment and as a team player

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in Power Generation Sector.
- Experience with Gas Steam Turbines, Generators and aftermarket services; project implementation and outage management is a plus.
- Good experience with technical, commercial and legal clarification of an offer; collaboration with Siemens Regional Companies preferred.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate effectively within Siemens Energy.
- Ability to work in international environment; excellent communication skills; English required, Arabic preferred.
- Open to working with people from different cultural backgrounds; demonstrated team player.
- Desire to develop into Sales Manager role; resilient and positive under pressure.
