Position Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Aviation Recruitment.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, KPI driven, and have proven experience recruiting Pilots, Cabin Crew, Engineering Professionals, and other aviation related talent.
  • Candidates must have direct recruitment experience within the aviation industry.

Remuneration

  • AED 7,500 fixed monthly salary.
  • Performance Based Incentives: AED 100 per Cabin Crew hire, AED 250 per Pilot hire, AED 150 per Engineering Professional hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and suitability.
  • Recruit for aviation positions including Pilots, Cabin Crew, Engineering Professionals, AMEs, Ground Operations, and other aviation related roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and workforce requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client companies and candidates.
  • Conduct headhunting, cold calling, and proactive candidate sourcing.
  • Develop long term talent pipelines within the aviation industry.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly recruitment reports.
  • Maintain recruitment records and database accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and hiring standards.
  • Support recruitment strategy improvements and talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of Aviation Recruitment experience.
  • Mandatory: UAE recruitment experience.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience recruiting Pilots and/or Cabin Crew.
  • Experience recruiting Engineering Professionals, AMEs, Flight Operations, or other aviation related positions is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • KPI and target driven mindset.
  • Experience in recruitment reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Experience in cold calling, talent mapping, and client outreach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word).
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Existing aviation industry network is highly preferred.
