- Manage end to end recruitment for aviation positions including pilots, cabin crew, engineering professionals, and other aviation related roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and headhunting
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for aviation professionals
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly recruitment reports
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company standards
- Contribute to recruitment strategy improvements and process optimization
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience recruiting pilots and/or cabin crew
- Experience recruiting aviation professionals including engineering and technical roles
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills
- KPI and target driven mindset
- Experience preparing recruitment reports and metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluent in English
- Existing aviation industry network

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a proven track record in aviation recruitment, specifically hiring pilots, cabin crew, engineering professionals, and other aviation personnel within the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, target driven, and skilled in sourcing hard to find aviation talent.
- This is an immediate hiring requirement. Candidates with a notice period of one month or less will be given preference.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: AED 7,500 per month
- Performance Based Incentives: AED 100 per Cabin Crew hire, AED 250 per Pilot hire, AED 150 per Engineering Professional hire
- Total monthly earnings will depend on recruitment performance and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
