Position Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a proven track record in aviation recruitment, specifically hiring pilots, cabin crew, engineering professionals, and other aviation personnel within the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, target driven, and skilled in sourcing hard to find aviation talent.
  • This is an immediate hiring requirement. Candidates with a notice period of one month or less will be given preference.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: AED 7,500 per month
  • Performance Based Incentives: AED 100 per Cabin Crew hire, AED 250 per Pilot hire, AED 150 per Engineering Professional hire
  • Total monthly earnings will depend on recruitment performance and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment for aviation positions, including pilots, cabin crew, engineering professionals, and other aviation related roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and headhunting.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for aviation professionals.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly recruitment reports.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company standards.
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy improvements and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Previous UAE experience recruiting pilots and/or cabin crew.
  • Experience recruiting aviation professionals, including engineering and technical roles, is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • KPI and target driven mindset.
  • Experience preparing recruitment reports and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in cold calling and business development is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Existing aviation industry network is highly preferred.
