About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, proactive Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting function and act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director. The role requires a CA/ACCA qualification, minimum 5+ years of UAE experience, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the complete finance, accounting, credit control and management reporting functions
- Coordinate internal/external audits, VAT, UAE Corporate Tax and other statutory compliance
- Ensure timely monthly closing, financial statements, management accounts and statutory reporting
- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, cash flow projections and budget vs actual analysis
- Manage banking relationships, trade finance facilities, letters of credit, bank guarantees and borrowing costs
- Present concise monthly management reports (sales, gross profit, EBITDA, net profit, cash flow, working capital, risks, corrective actions)
- Evaluate CAPEX proposals, new branches, expansion and investments through feasibility studies and financial modelling
- Optimise supplier payment planning, banking facilities and cash flow cycles
- Monitor customer, product, supplier, salesperson and branch level profitability
- Identify margin leakage, excessive discounting, slow moving inventory and inefficiencies
- Establish and strengthen finance policies, approval matrices, delegation of authority controls
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team; ensure accountability, accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements
- CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification required
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience mandatory
- Minimum 7+ years progressive finance experience overall, including 3–5 years in a finance management role
- Strong, stable career history with long term commitment (3+ years per role)
- Strong UAE experience in trading, distribution, construction materials, manufacturing, retail or inventory intensive business
- Sound knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, audit, banking, trade finance and credit control
- Advanced Excel; Power Query, Power BI or equivalent reporting tools preferred
- Practical, responsible use of AI tools in finance
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- High integrity, ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail

About the Role
- We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and straightforward Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting function and act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director.

- You'll lead our existing finance team — one Credit Control Manager and two Senior Accountants — ensuring effective supervision, accountability, timely reporting, and strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & AI
- Prepare the organisation for UAE e invoicing (master data readiness, XML requirements, system integration)
- Drive automation of finance processes — reporting, reconciliations, collections, cash flow monitoring
- Use AI enabled tools for forecasting, financial analysis, anomaly detection, credit risk monitoring
- Support development of real time dashboards for profitability, working capital, receivables and inventory
What We're Looking For
- CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification required
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience is mandatory — candidates without UAE experience will not be considered
- Minimum 7+ years progressive finance experience overall, including 3–5 years in a finance management role
- Strong, stable career history — we value candidates who have shown long term commitment (3+ years per role), not frequent job changes
- Strong UAE experience in trading, distribution, construction materials, manufacturing, retail or another inventory intensive business
- Sound knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, audit, banking, trade finance and credit control

Compensation
- Pay: AED12,000.00 AED12,500.00 per month
